Alongside the national and international corporates that have prospered in Springs, are the success stories of individuals like Surekha and Dinesh Kunver.
Little did East Rand housewife Surekha Kunver dream in 1982, when she opend her small stationery shop in one room behind an existing business in the so-called indian area of Bakerton, that her selection of pencils and notebooks would upgrade into a vast range : for sophisticated electronic equipment, including recordable CD's, Laminating Machines, Electronic Label Printers, Inkjet and Laser Cartridges, Whiteboards and Notice Boards
That is the success story of Anesh Enterprises, which was launched by Kunver to augment her husband, Dinesh's income, shortly after the birth of her second son.
The business prospered, and the in 1990, Dinesh who qualified at Wits in 1974, gave up his career as a Electrical Engineer, to turn his wife's thriving stationery business into the family's sole source of income
They have never looked back. Today Anesh Enterprises has relocated to the Kunver's own premises on Fourth Street in the heart of the Springs CBD
The year 2000 saw the birth of Aneshent Stationers cc
In May 2005 Aneshent Stationers cc became a founding member of Office National (Pty)Ltd and now trade as Anesh Office National
