Arc Spray specializes in the reclamation of worn machine components, tribology and corrosion control.  As they are a service company, the component is mostly supplied by their customers and subsequently processed to comply with one or a combination of the following requisites:

• Reclamation of worn components to restore it to design specification.
• Design improvements through the application of thermal sprayed coatings or coating systems to combat wear and/or corrosion.
• Specialty coatings to facilitate electrical conductivity or create electrical- or thermal barriers in specific applications.
• Manufacturing of new components destined for subsequent coatings specified by drawing.
