Before overlooking the after-sales services the company has to offer, it is important to overview some of the background, meaning the following as stated by management: “Auto Executive ensures the ownership of the most up to date equipment which is constantly upgraded to ensure that their clients vehicles are repaired to the highest standard of quality such as back to factory specifications. The factory foreman, as mentioned before, performs the final delivery inspection. Once a vehicle is ready for collection Auto Executive confirms that it’s handed over by their management team or alternatively delivered to the customer.” The Chamber was able to establish that Auto Executive gives a ten-year guarantee on all workmanship and a lifetime warrantee on paint. |
