In total there is more than twenty years of combined experience present in the company.

Why in Business:

Theresa realised that there is a big demand in the engineering industry on the East Rand.  Also she had the entrepreneurial know-how to create the company and making a success.

BRG Engineering is very secure.  An individual cannot enter the premises without being accompanied to the main office or building.  The visitors and workers can be rest assured of being in a safe environment.

Marketing:

As Theresa points out, word of mouth referrals is the most effective marketing strategy and with this in place no business will need any additional marketing.  It is all about the quality and competence of the product that goes out to the customers.

After Sales Services:

There wasn’t any real problem with work that has gone out in the past, but if a problem should occur it will be taken care of immediately.  They also have a 24 hour service whereby customers can contact them.

Professionalism:

Professionalism speaks for itself, it is in the way BRG Engineering conducts business and the appearance that they portray to their customers that makes them a cut above the rest.

Career Opportunities:

If the opportunity arises and a opening is available it will first be advertised to the other staff members to be promoted, and if nobody applies only then they will advertise in the papers.

Health & Safety:

At the moment all the necessary requirements is in place and they are compliant with Legislation.

Transparency:

Management feels that the staff members are their family and therefore there is an open door policy.  If they should experience any problems in the workplace it will be attended to immediately.

Compliance:

BRG Engineering is already VAT registered and in the process of becoming BEE compliant, CenFed CCI subsidiary is doing the audit.
